What do I want to say with that? 💬In the last 15 years, being a Realtor🙋 in Florida, Virginia and Maryland📌, I cannot count all the madness that I have seen in this industry😣. You can’t imagine💬 the secrets that can come out of the bag💰 when you open that beautiful mouth of hers to talk to the buyer👤 or buyer’s agent👨. You may think you are being nice😀, but you never know that what you say could end the contract 📑or cost you a huge amount of money💸. Negotiations are another key factor when selling📤.

So, if you want to hire an agent 👤who has received extensive training in negotiations👍. I am a certified negotiation expert 🙋 which means that I have learned📝 more than average 😀for when it comes to negotiating💪.

You will not believe that there are certain 💬important things when negotiating🙅, like the type of words you say💥, or the tone, or how quickly a question😉 is answered, you do not know how any of those things can drastically 💢affect the outcome of the negotiations💣 unless You have received extensive training 💁on how to negotiate properly👍. And the good news is that here👇 at Pitbull 🐶Realty we have it. Think about this,👀 if the average agent in America 🚩only sells six homes a year, can they really negotiate on your behalf to the best of their ability? 🚫We are selling between 6 and 9 houses per month🙌, and I have personally sold more than 400 houses🙋, so negotiating and knowing the market is one of my specialties😀, and it guarantees that we can better serve you and negotiate on your behalf🙌.

So 👉 don’t leave the biggest investment of your entire life in the hands of someone who only sells a few houses a year🏠, even just a few👌 houses a month📆. Find an expert🙋. Go with someone who exposes you to the masses, is an expert at his game🙆, takes his job seriously, does it full time👆 , and is an experienced negotiator👨.
